1 – HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If you want to return an article, please contact our after-sales service on 020 7092 3432 (Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11.30 pm and 1 pm to 4.30 pm, standard rate call). One of our experts will indicate the procedure to follow.
2 – WHAT CAN I RETURN?
You may return most of the articles sent by EntranceMattingSystems.co.uk in their original packaging within a period of 30 days following the date of delivery or collection of your package for a full refund.
We draw the Client's attention to the fact that a return cannot be applied on products which have been customised, namely the choice of a specific dimension and/or a specific colour.
3 – WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
The refund should be finalised within three working days following receipt of your package, but, for some banks, it may take up to seven days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
4 – CAN ENTRANCE MATTING PROVIDE REPLACEMENTS?
We can only replace an article with the same article and the same version of the one you ordered and it is your responsibility to return the damaged article to us within 30 days. If you want to make an exchange for a different article, you must return the article and place a new order.
