Product to took long for delivery and the Credit card payment was taken by a French company so it cost us £18.10 more than the Invoice shown. Added exchange rate and fees due to EU country. No Vat invoice raised so unlikely we can claim the vat back. Really poor

The mat and frame appear to be well-made and the order is customised to the customer's required dimensions. However, there is insufficient information about calculating size and depth as well as suitability for various flooring. I ordered a 10 mm mat, thinking that was the overall depth, but the frame depth including the corner brackets and protruding nuts was 20 mm. The help desk wasn't, either as online chat of phone call. My mat will be part of a laminate floor and there was no mention of providing a cover for the necessary expansion gap. When I raised this I could almost hear a Gallic shrug. I shall now have to locate a suitable cover with a restricted profile so that the front door doesn't catch on it. It was difficult to get a straight answer when I asked how many nuts there should be. The plastic wallet containing the fittings had been torn during packing and they fell out on opening. The help desk failed to respond in a reasonable time and when I rang they said they'd send replacements - which wouldn't have been necessary if they'd answered the original question. The order came later than stated. Think carefully before ordering from this company.
